Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on kikya. Creating an account with a false age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the balance.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account on kikya. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name or operated from the same device, all accounts will be suspended or terminated.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration — name, address, mobile number, date of birth — must be completely true and accurate. Providing false information gives kikya the right to close the account at any time.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If anyone else uses your account, you will bear the responsibility. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kikya supports the following payment methods:

3.3 Source of Funds
All deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be rejected or investigated.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Any active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be met before requesting a withdrawal. kikya may request identity documents or additional information for any withdrawal request for verification purposes.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Every bonus comes with wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Abusing the bonus system, any strategic betting pattern that exploits bonuses unfairly, or attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will give kikya the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts.
4.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses must be used within a specified period. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled. The expiry period for each offer will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
VIP Program & Rewards
Regular players on kikya can enjoy special benefits under the VIP program. There are three VIP tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback benefit.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback benefit.
You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. VIP cashback is credited to your account on a set day each week. kikya reserves the right to change or update VIP benefits at any time.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Software Use Prohibited
The use of any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools on the kikya platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
6.2 Collusion Prohibited
Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is proven, winnings may be forfeited.
6.3 Exploiting Technical Advantages Prohibited
Exploiting any system bug, error, or technical vulnerability is prohibited. If you notice such an issue, please notify support immediately.
6.4 Anti-Money Laundering
kikya maintains a strict stance against money laundering and illegal financial activity. Suspicious transactions are monitored and relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
kikya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without notice in the following situations:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Proven submission of false information.
- Detection of bonus abuse or attempted fraud.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Any activity that poses a threat to the security or integrity of the platform.
If an account is closed, any valid balance (where no violation exists) will be returned. Bonus amounts will not be refunded.
Intellectual Property & Content
All content on the kikya platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and all media elements — are kikya's intellectual property. These may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified by any third party without written permission.
Third-party game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI — retain their own intellectual property. Content from those games falls under the respective provider's terms.
